Thibaut de Chassey

Thibaut founded Elaïs Capital in 2013 after being a partner with Atria Capital Partenaires (2000-2011) where he worked on 11 investments and 15 build-up transactions.

Previously, he was an Executive Director at Warburgs (1997-2000) and co-founded Pechel Industries (1994-1997). Thibaut started his career with MM. Worms & Cie (1988-1994).

Thibaut is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and holds an MBA from the Wharton School.

Thibaut sits on the boards of France Elévateur, SBD and Sunaero, and was previously a board member of CS Dermatologie, Eurodatacar, Ionisos, LPR, Métal Déployé, Parcours, Rivard and Trigo.

Guy Van Der Mensbrugghe

Guy co-founded Orium and chaired it from 2002 until its merger with Elaïs Capital. He had a leading role in around fifteen SMEs investments and build-ups.

Previously, Guy worked at LBO France (1993-1996) and in corporate finance at Morgan Stanley in London (1990-1993). He is a graduate of Solvay Business School (Brussels).

Guy sat on the board of many companies he invested in and currently sits on the board of Kiping, Isaltis and Vitalliance.

Maud Lehman

Maud joined Orium in 2014 and has been involved in all operations of monitoring, build-ups and exits completed since that date. Previously, she had been with Natexis Investissement (2006-2011).

Maud has started her career in corporate finance, first in internal audit at Accor (2002-2004), then in Transaction Services and Restructuring at EY (2005-2006) and Deloitte (2011-2013). She graduated from ESCP Europe and holds a diploma from the DSCG.
